Luxury branding and marketing for a unique development in Marrakech.
The Baglioni Group
Hawaii was commissioned by luxury hotel chain Baglioni to create the brand identity for its latest high-end resort in Marrakech, due to launch in 2015. The development comprises an opulent hotel, surrounded by sixteen boutique villas and a ‘Six Senses’ spa.
Inspired by the history of the city but with a strong sense of its appeal to a modern consumer, we developed a cohesive visual language to be used across every aspect of the business, with applications from print to digital media. These included a luxurious marketing brochure using sophisticated print techniques and fine quality papers, and a cutting-edge website integrating film to give a seamless showcase of the resort’s atmosphere and setting.

We devised an adaptable, interlocking repeat pattern to create fusion across all elements of the brand.
Sales Brochure
Luxurious casebound brochures featuring sophisticated seductive lifestyle photography, 3D renders and detailed plans were made to transmit the quality of the resort.
Photography & CGI Production
Hawaii art directed a full photo shoot to capture the spirit and beauty of Marrakech. Detailed renders were composed to convey interior and exterior views, prior to the build.
Website & Development Journal
Hawaii designed and built a fully interactive online experience as well as a printed style journal, with the aim of engaging audiences in both digital and print media.
Motion graphics
Mirroring the printed collateral, we constructed a series of animated patterns that were applied to all digital content.
